EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW TO RESERVE YOUR NEW BFF (BEST FRENCHIE FRIEND)
In the spirit of honesty and friendship, this post provides everything you need to know about the reservation process so you understand what to expect when reserving your French Bulldog. We’ve taken the time to write these processes, which also answer many frequently asked questions, so we hope you’ll take the time to review each point carefully.
If you’re ready for a best frenchie friend and can’t wait, this process allows you to reserve a pup from future litters and get ahead of the waiting list.
Step 1: Required $250 deposit (this is applied toward the cost of your BFF)
Step 2: When the pups are around 3 weeks old, we will contact you to select your best frenchie friend.
Step 3: An additional deposit of $500 is required to secure your pup once a decision is made. The remaining balance is due at delivery. This deposit is applied to the cost of your BFF.
Step 4: Once your deposit is received, you’ll be asked to review and sign a deposit agreement.
Things to Know
French Bulldog puppy selection goes in order of the deposits received on the waitlist. When a litter is born, those on the waitlist will choose their puppies based on the order of their deposits (date paid).
As mentioned above, once contacted, the buyer can select a French Bulldog puppy once they are about 3 weeks old. We will reach out via phone, text, and email. If we don’t hear back from the buyer within 48 hours, we will move to the next person on the list, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Upon selecting an available puppy, we require a $500 deposit to hold your chosen French Bulldog puppy. Of course, the buyer only gets to pick from puppies that are not already reserved.
Suppose you’ve made a deposit and cannot choose a puppy due to gender unavailability or color preference. In that case, the buyer may transfer the deposit to a future litter.
If a buyer places a deposit and reserves a puppy but decides not to purchase the French bulldog puppy once the puppy is delivered, the deposit will be forfeited.
When to Reserve
We accept BFF deposits once the breeding process is complete (good job, Larry) and the pregnancy is confirmed via ultrasound. Pay the deposit quickly to book your spot at the top of our waiting list!
Decisions, Decisions
Once the French bulldog puppy is 3 weeks old, we ask buyers to make a selection. Remember, we call, text, and email multiple times. The deposit is forfeited if we can’t reach you within 48 hours. We share pictures as soon as the litter is born (within about a week) so you start planning before decision day.
Our Frenchie babies undergo mandatory wellness checks by our preferred vet, Doctor Nathan Butler, in Knoxville, Tennessee. After receiving their health certificate, they will be ready for their new home. While some people let their French bulldog puppies go at six weeks, we keep them with their mother for 8-10 weeks. It’s best for everyone! We will keep you updated on progress throughout this time and share plenty of pictures and videos.
Deposits
Suppose a deposit holder cannot choose a puppy due to unavailability at the time of selection. In that case, their deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future litter. In other cases, deposits are non-refundable but can always transfer to future litters within the first three weeks of a puppy’s life.
Should a buyer decide against purchasing a puppy from the litter they initially placed a deposit for, when a puppy is available, they will either forfeit their deposit or have the option to transfer it to a future litter.
